Saturday, December 2
New Student Evaluations for Scouts & Development Team
Time: 9:45–12:00PM
Where: Seasonal Programs Building*
What to Expect: Coaches will assess each new participant's skill level to ensure they meet the requirements of the program. It's a great time for coaches to meet with new families. (Competition Team participants do not need to attend this.)
New Family Orientation
Time: (While student evaluations take place.)
Where: Seasonal Programs Building*
New and returning parents (Scouts, Development, and Competition) are encouraged to attend. We'll cover information regarding the season start/end times, code of conduct, lunch information and more.
*The Seasonal Programs Building is located at the Octagon Lodge base area.
Competition Team Starts Saturday
Families, have your child on snow and ready for 8:30 AM on Saturday, December 2.
Meet at the Seasonal Program Building in the Octagon Lodge base area.
New This Season
Each participant's pass will be scanned to connect it with their coach's pass to track attendance.
Stock Up
It's a good idea to begin stocking up on essentials, like hand & toe warmers, warm gloves, and other winter gear.
