Seasonal Program Update

February Vacations Ahead

With the calendar's flip to February, it's time to begin planning for the upcoming vacation weeks. Please remember that during the February Vacation period, we may combine groups due to some coaches having midweek commitments outside of Loon.

Please feel free to adjust your child's attendance based on your family's needs, or your child's energy level. Communicating changes in your child's planned attendance to your coaches as needed will help us adjust groups and staffing accordingly.

Presidents Week Vacation February 17–25
Programs meet at 8:30AM at your on-snow location.

NH Vacation Week February 24–March 3
February 24–25, March 2–3: Programs meet at 8:30AM at your on-snow location.
February 26–March 1: Programs will meet at the Children's Center.

Seasonal Programs Tubing Night
March 9

Get ready to slide! There are 30 slots available at 4:30PM and at 6:15PM. To register, please email David Binford. And don't forget to sign your waiver. If all time slots fill, we'll do our best to add a third time slot on March 9.

Running Late?

If your child will be arriving late, please communicate with their coach in order to arrange a time and place for your child to join their group. 

New England Weather

New England weather is changeable, and it's good to be prepared. Please provide extra gloves, socks, hand/toe warmers, extra pants, etc., in their bags to help your child stay comfortable while participating in their sessions.

Pro Tip: Label your child's gear so your child can easily recognize it as theirs.
