Seasonal Programs Update: December 20, 2023
As we head into the holiday season, read on for information about the programs schedule and more.
Holiday Schedule
December 23–31
Competition Team, Development Team and Scouts will meet on Saturday, December 23. Programs will not meet December 24–25, 2023. We'll meet again December 26–31, 2023.
We appreciate you letting us know any days your child does not plan to attend, to help us implement appropriate staffing for the holiday period.
Meet On Snow & Ready to Hit the Mountain
Please have your participant arrive at the mountain booted up, and head directly to their on-snow meeting location, ready to go at 8:30AM.
Extra Gear
Please pack extra gloves, socks, hand/toe warmers, extra pants, etc., that will help your child stay comfortable while they're participating in their sessions.
Pro Tip: Label your child's gear so your child can easily recognize it as theirs.
We Need You
Please remember, your presence at the resort is required while your child is participating in a seasonal program session, in the event we need to reach you promptly.
