Know Before You Go

Become familiar with new protocols at the resort.
Masks Not Required - Update: March 11, 2022

Masks are optional. However, when inside the First Aid Room, guests are required to wear a mask.  Loon operates on federal land and, as permit holders operating on federal land, we are required to follow guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), consistent with Executive Order 13991. Federal guidance still recommends maintaining six feet of distance while inside buildings.

Day Tickets Limited

The number of day tickets available for purchase is limited, and must be purchased on our website to guarantee your access. Managing the number of tickets sold each day has shown to improve the experience for both our guests and team.

Season pass holders (New England Pass and Loon) are open to visit as their passes allow, as are ticket pack holders (New England 5-Day, XL 3-Pack). Reservations are required for Ikon Pass holders.

Dining Indoors

Inside dining is available at our lodges this winter. Masks are no longer required indoors.

Bars & Aprés

Masks are no longer required indoors.

Lifts

Chairlifts operate at normal capacity and singles lines are in place at select lifts. At the White Mountain Express Gondola, guests in the group line are not grouped. Guests in the Singles line are grouped with other singles.
