Terms & Conditions

  • All products and services are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • In order to qualify, you must submit your request form no later than 72 hours (3 days) prior to your arrival date
  • Credits are issued as an eVoucher valid on loonmtn.com or at the resort
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted no later than 8:00AM.
    Example: If your ticket or service is reserved for Saturday, a cancellation request must be sent by Wednesday at 8:00AM

Winter Rollover Program Details & Form

Terms & Conditions

  • All products and services are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Defer the value of your current valid, unused season pass toward any season pass valid next season.
  • Before December 9, 2025, unused season passes are eligible for a full credit valid next season
  • After December 9, 2025, rollover requests are considered only for qualifying reasons, including medical and hardship, and credit value varies based on request date
  • Rollover requests are final and ineligible for reversal

The following products are not eligible for the Winter Rollover Program: Season Pass add-on products (including the Ikon Pass, Pleasant Mountain Night Skiing, and Loon Bike Park), New England 2-5 Day, resort ticket packs and frequency cards, promotional products, multi-day tickets, and employee passes.

Not Eligible for Cancellation

Ticket Pack, Lesson Pack, & Seasonal Program Cancellation

The following products expire at the end of the season with no refund, transfer, or credit.
