Projects In Progress

April 2022

The path forward is guided by the pillars outlined in Flight Path: 2030. Below are some of the projects taking shape behind the scenes that you will soon see come to life.

Seven Brothers Express Quad

Seven Brothers Express Quad

In its new location, the Seven Brothers Express Quad will more than double the maximum rope speed of the current triple chairlift—going from 450 feet to 1,000 feet per minute. The top and bottom terminals have been redesigned (from their previous locations) and will give the lift a whole fresh look. Dismantling of Seven Brothers Triple will begin on April 19.

Snowmakers

Snowmaking

Major upgrades focused on efficiency will be made on Sunset, Coolidge Street and Seven Brothers trails this summer. Three fully automated fan guns, 52 semi-automated KLIK hydrants and 16 tower guns will be installed as well as the replacement of 5700 feet of pipe and an upgraded nozzle package for 100 existing tower guns. The collective goal here is to be more efficient—make more snow, in a shorter amount of time.

Kanc 8 top terminal

Bike Park Expansion

Kancamagus 8 and the Governor Adams Lodge will be the new home for biking. Using Kanc 8 will shorten lift ride times by half and add more vertical drop to the trail network. Plus, an additional four miles of new trails will expand the bike park to nearly 12 miles of terrain.

Ninja Wild logo

Ninja Wild

Opening in July 2022, Ninja Wild is an outdoor ninja course packed with 10 wilderness-themed features that puts kids (and adults) to the test. Located outside the Governor Adams Lodge, Ninja Wild (and bikes) will create a new base area for summer and fall activities.
