Get In Touch. Be In Touch.
Please provide your child's coach with your contact information and make a note of their contact information.
Running Late?
If your child will be arriving later than the scheduled 8:30AM start time, please let our coaches know, so they can make arrangements for your child to join their group.
Leaving Early?
If your child will be leaving their session early, please notify their coach, and plan to meet them at the Seasonal Programs Building.
Can't Make It? Let Us Know.
If your child isn't feeling well, please consider taking the day off. If your child will not be participating for any reason, please notify your child's coach of their expected absence. We'll look forward to seeing them at their next session.

Pick Up
Saturdays/Holidays: 3:00PM
Sunday, January 19: 1:00PM
Dress for Success
New England weather is changeable, and it's good to be prepared. Please check the forecasted weather. It's always a good idea to pack extra gloves or mittens, socks hand/feet warmers in your child's bag. Having these items handy when needed goes a long way to your child being comfortable in their sessions.
Leave the bag with your child's coach, who will make it easily available.
Group Adjustments
As we work to foster an environment of safety, fun and learning, we may continue to make adjustments to groups. We'll take into consideration individual personalities, learning styles, age, skills levels and more. We'll notify you of any changes to your child's group assignment.
We Count on Your Feedback
Thank you for providing feedback on your child's progress and about the programs this season. We strive to provide coaching consistency and our goal is to build a learning progression so that each student, in their own ability and understanding, can accomplish great skiing and riding technique on a variety of terrain and trail types.
Also knowing any challenges your child is experiencing within their group will help us foster a culture of inclusion, fun, safety and learning for each member.
We're always striving to excel, so please continue to reach out with any questions or suggestions.
