Whether it’s ski gear, clothing, or a personal item, our team is here to help reunite you with it.

How Lost & Found Works

If you’ve lost an item at the resort, follow these steps to help us locate it:

  1. Submit a Lost Property Report
    Provide a detailed description of your item, including where and when it may have been lost.
  2. Our Team Matches Found Items
    Items turned in by guests and staff are logged and matched against reports.
  3. Get Notified if There’s a Match
    If your item is found, our Security team will contact you with next steps to reunite you with your missing item.

Where to Check for Lost Items On-Site

If you’re still at the resort, you may visit Guest Services during operating hours to ask about recently found items. Items found around the mountain are turned in throughout the day.
