2025-2026 Loon, Sugarloaf, Sunday Riverand Pleasant Mountain Season Pass Terms & Conditions of Use
Season Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable and not for resale.
The New England Pass is valid at Loon Mountain Resort, Sunday River Resort and Sugarloaf Resort on any unrestricted day the designated resort is open for skiing/riding during the 2025-2026 winter season.The Gold New England Pass will be valid at Pleasant Mountain in the 2025-2026 winter season; however, no other New England Pass Product will be valid at Pleasant Mountain during the 2025-2026 winter season.
Restricted dates include:
- Gold New England Passhas no restrictions, no blackoutdates and is valid at Loon, Sugarloaf, Sunday River and Pleasant Mountain.
- Nitro New England Pass has no restrictions, no blackout dates and is valid at Loon, Sugarloaf, and Sunday River.
- College New England Pass has no restrictions, no blackout dates and is valid at Loon, Sugarloaf, and Sunday River.
- Super Senior New England Pass has no blackout dates; however, it carries limited benefits and is valid at Loon, Sugarloaf and Sunday River.
- Child New England Pass has no blackout dates; however, it carries limited benefits and is valid at Loon, Sugarloaf and Sunday River.
- At Loon: Silver, Nitro Limited and College Limited New England Pass blackout dates (12): December 26–31, 2025; January 17–18, 2026; February 14, 15, 16 & 21, 2026
- At Sunday River & Sugarloaf: Silver, NitroLimited and College Limited New England Pass blackout dates (10): December 27-31, 2025; January 17-18, 2026; February 14, 15 & 21, 2026.
- At Loon: Bronze New England Pass is not valid Saturdays, Sundays and these blackout days: December26, 29-31, 2025; January 19, 2026; February 16-20,2026.
At Sunday River & Sugarloaf: Bronze New England Pass is not valid Saturdays, Sundays and these blackout days: December 29-31, 2025; January 19, 2026; February 17-20,2026.
Starting opening day through December 14, 2025, Bronze New England Pass is valid any day at Sugarloaf and Sunday River.
Starting March 16, 2026 through the end of the winter season, Bronze New England Pass is valid any day at Loon, Sugarloaf and Sunday River. - Afternoon New England Pass is valid starting at 12:00 PM, seven days a week at Loon, Sugarloaf and Sunday River with no blackout days.
- Loon Only LTD Pass is valid at Loon only and is not valid Saturdays and these blackout days: December 26–31, 2025; January 19, 2026; February 16–21, 2026.
- Sugarloaf OnlyLocal 6 Pass is not valid Saturdays and these blackout days: December 26-31, 2025; January 17-18, 2026; February 14-21, 2026; Must be a full time year round resident of the approved towns/have proof of Full Time Year Round residency; Must pick up in person.
- Sugarloaf Community Pass: valid at Sugarloaf only with no blackout dates.
- Sunday River Community Pass: valid at Sunday River only; No blackout dates.
- Maine Student Pass: valid at Sunday River only, Sugarloaf only; No blackout dates.
- Pleasant Mountain Unlimited Pass has no restrictions, no blackout dates; Allows 3 visits to Sunday River, Sugarloaf, or Loon.
- Pleasant Mountain Sun.-Friday Pass is not valid on Saturdays and these blackouts: December 26-31, 2025; January 17-18, 2026; February 14-15, 2026.
- Pleasant Mountain Local Student, First Responder, and Active Military Passes: Valid at Pleasant Mountain only; No blackout dates.
- Pleasant Mountain Local Midweek Pass: Valid at Pleasant Mountain only; Not valid on Saturdays, Sundays, or these blackout dates: December 26-31, 2025; January 17-18, 2026; February 14-21, 2026.
- Pleasant Mountain Night Pass: Valid at Pleasant Mountain only; Valid only from 3:30pm until Close.
- Pleasant Mountain Beginner Pass: Valid at Pleasant Mountain only; Permits access to Lil’ Pine Carpet & Rabbit Run chair only; No blackout dates.
- Pleasant Mountain Local Student and Local Midweek Pass applicants must have a valid primary address in one of the following school districts: MSAD 17, 61, or 72 to purchase.
Pleasant Mountain First Responder or Active Military Pass applicants must provide a valid First Responder or Government Issued Military ID and must be picked up in person.
At Pleasant Mountain: Adult (ages 19-64), Senior (ages 65-79), Teen (ages 13-18), Junior (ages 6-12), Child (ages5 and under), Super Senior (80 and over) passes are based on the age of the Season Pass holder as of November 1, 2025. Any person misrepresenting their age at the time of purchase or anytime during the season will lose their pass and privileges for the remainder of the season.
- All multi-resort season passes are valid only at designated resorts owned or operated by Boyne Resorts.
In the event of the sale or transfer of any resort, the buyer/transferee reserves the right to terminate the acceptance of multi-resort season passes at the purchased/transferred resort. - All resort specific season passes are valid only at designated resorts owned or operated by Boyne Resorts.

Season passes must be paid in full and are not refundable. Boyne Resorts Multi-Resort Skiing & Snowboarding Acknowledgement of Risks and Liability Release Agreement must be read and executed before actual pass(es) can be issued or used.
Pass holders who forget or lose their pass, will be issued a new pass at a cost of $5 per reprinted pass during the 2025-2026 winter season.
Your Season Pass RFID card must be made available to any resort employee or authorized agent when requested.
All lift privileges granted hereby shall terminate immediately if the Season Pass is used by any person other than the person named thereon or age is misrepresented at the time of purchase.
Season Pass holders can choose to defer the value of their 2025-2026 Season Pass, on or before December 10, 2025, toward any single season pass available for the 2026-2027 winter season.
Violation of Season Pass Terms & Conditions of Use, State Law and resort rule or policy may be grounds for total revocation of lift privileges without refund, including but not limited to violating the following policies:
- Skiing or snowboarding recklessly or too fast, as to endanger others
- Season Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable and not for resale.
- Skiing or snowboarding beyond Closed Area ropes and signs or beyond Area Boundary signs
- Leaving the scene of an accident or incident in which the pass holder is involved or observes
- Jumping out of lifts; chairs or cabins
- Engaging in abusive or rude language or behavior on Boyne Resorts’ premises
- Engaging in activities for monetary gain that directly compete with the business of Boyne Resorts while on Boyne Resorts’ premises, including, but not limited to, the resale of lift products or vouchers and teaching lessons for pay.
- Any other activities that the Boyne Resorts deem inappropriate.
- Season passes are issued to the applicant only, are nontransferable, and are nonrefundable. Any other use will be treated as theft of services.
Adult (ages 19-64), Nitro (ages 19-29), Youth (ages 6-18), Senior (ages 65-79), Child (ages 5 and under), and Super Senior (ages 80 and over) passes are based on the age of the pass holder as of November 1,2025. Any person misrepresenting their age at the time of purchase or anytime during the season will lose their pass and pass privileges for the remainder of the season.
College and College Limited New England Pass applicants must be a full-time college student (9+ credits for undergraduate and graduate student, per semester). Applicants must provide information of student status through SheerID for the current 2025-2026 semester. STUDENT ID ALONE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
Nitro and Nitro Limited Pass applicants must be between the ages of 19 and 29 on November 1, 2025. Applicants must provide a valid, government issued, photo ID that shows date of birth to verify age.
Maine Student Sunday River and Maine Student Sugarloaf Pass applicants must have valid Maine address as primary address for pass purchase.
Community Student Pass applicants must provide proof of local community student status. Community student passes must be picked up in person.
KNOW AND OBSERVE ‘YOUR RESPONSIBILITY CODE’
Skiing and snowboarding can be enjoyed in many ways. At ski areas you may see people using alpine, snowboard, telemark, cross-country, or other specialized ski equipment, such as that used by disabled or other skiers. Regardless of how you decide to enjoy the slopes, always show courtesy to others and be aware that there are elements of risk in these activities that common sense and personal awareness can help reduce. Observe the Code listed below and share with other participants the responsibility for a great skiing experience.
- Always stay in control. You must be able to stop or avoid people or objects.
- People ahead or downhill of you have the right-of-way. You must avoid them.
- Stop only where you are visible from above and do not restrict traffic.
- Look uphill and avoid others before starting downhill or entering a trail.
- You must prevent runaway equipment.
- Read and obey all signs, warnings and hazard markings.
- Keep off closed trails and out of closed areas.
- You must know how and be able to load, ride and unload lifts safely. If you need assistance, ask the lift attendant.
- Do not use lifts or terrain when impaired by alcohol or drugs.
- If you are involved in a collision or incident, share your contact information with each other and a ski area employee.
