Season Pass Rollover
If a medical condition or qualifying hardship prevents you from using your season pass, we’ll help you defer the value toward next season.
What is a Rollover?
A rollover converts the remaining value of your current season pass to a credit voucher you can apply toward the purchase of a season pass for the following winter season.

Important Dates
There are a few important deadlines that you need to keep in mind when requesting a rollover.
- November 15Rollover credit requests for non-medical reasons must be submitted by this date.
- March 1Last day to submit a rollover request for a qualified medical or hardship circumstance.
- 365 DaysVouchers expire 365 days after they are issued. Any remaining balance will not be refunded.
Redeem Your Voucher
- Log in to your online account
- Navigate to My Account.
- Choose Vouchers.
- Note the voucher ID code. This code will be used during checkout to apply your rollover credit value toward the purchase of your season pass for next winter.
- When next season's passes go on sale, select your pass and enter your voucher ID at checkout.
How Credit is Calculated

Important Details
- Rollover credits are non-transferable and valid for the original pass holder only.
- Credits can only be used to purchase a season pass for the next winter season.
- If you use your rollover toward a lower-priced pass, no refund is issued for the difference.
- Ikon Pass and other add-on products are not eligible for rollover. Contact Ikon Pass directly for their policies.
- Allow up to 4 weeks for a response and 48 hours for voucher processing.

Yes. All pass holders may roll over the monetary value of their 2026/27 season pass to the 2027/28 season for any reason. The deadline for Winter Rollover requests is December 9, 2026. See Winter Rollover for details.
Yes, if you purchase a 2026/27 season pass you can begin using it on March 12, 2026 through the end of the season at your home mountain. Sister resort benefits apply to 2026/27 winter season only.
You will have the option of using your rollover credit to purchase at lower Renewal Sale rates or regular spring sale rates. If you purchase at regular spring sale rates you will be able to use your season pass beginning on March 12 , 2026 through the end of the season.
Yes, if you chose to roll over the value of your season pass in 2025/26 you can purchase your 2026/27 season pass at the renewal rate using your rollover credit. However, if you would like to begin using it on March 12, 2025, you must purchase it at at the new pass holder rate.
