If your plans change after you’ve purchased lift tickets, rentals, lessons, or activities, submit a Change request 3 days before your visit and we’ll convert the full dollar value of your purchase to a credit good for 365 days.

How It Works
To qualify, submit your request form no later than 72 hours (3 days) prior to your arrival date.
Credits are issued as an eVoucher, valid at loonmtn.com or at the resort.
Cancellation requests must be submitted no later than 8:00AM.

What you can buy: Redeem toward any Loon product or service
Where to use: Online at loonmtn.com or in person at the resort
Expiration: eVoucher credidts expire 365 days after the resort issue date. Any unused balance will expire after that date.

The following products expire at the end of the season with no refund, transfer or credit.
