Loon MTB Pass and MTB Plus Pass holders who purchased by May 28, 2025 qualify for the Park Partner ticket benefit.

2. Have an account? Log in.
   No account? Create an account
3. Select Voucher Redemption
4. Enter your voucher code in the Voucher Redemption field
5. Select $30 Day Pass
6. Select your name in dropdown
7. Choose desired date 
8. Follow prompts to complete checkout process
9. Please Note: Riders under age 18 cannot redeem vouchers online. Please visit the Welcome Center to redeem your ticket.

When You Arrive

1. Check in at the Welcome Center.
2. Present your code and a valid photo ID to receive your wristband.

Redeem Your Park Partner Ticket

1. Visit shop.loonmtn.com
2. Enter your voucher code in the Your Voucher Number field at the top of the screen, and click Confirm Voucher
3. Select Redeem Voucher.
4. Select the date you will be riding Loon Bike Park.
5. Select Add to Cart, then Checkout. Follow the prompts through the checkout process.
6. You will receive a purchase confirmation.

When You Arrive

Parking

Park in the resort Main Lot. Loon Bike Park is accessed from the Kancamagus 8 chairlift. The Bike Center and Kancamagus 8 are located in the Governor Adams Lodge base area.

Get Your Ticket (GO Card)

Lift access is via an RFID-enabled GO Card that gets scanned at the lift.

• Don’t Have a GO Card? When you arrive at Loon Mountain Resort, scan the QR code in your purchase confirmation at any of our resort Pick Up Boxes (PUBs), and your GO Card will be dispensed to you. You may also pick up your GO Card at any guest service desk.
• Have a GO Card? If you reloaded your purchase onto your existing GO Card, head straight to the lift with your GO Card.
• Place your GO Card in your pocket away from keys or credit cards, and head to the lift.

VISIT LOON

Redeem Your Sugarloaf Ticket

1. Visit shop.sugarloaf.com and log in to your account
2. Click Vouchers to find your vouchers.
3. Select Redeem.
4. Select the date you will be riding Sugarloaf Bike Park.
5. Select Add to Cart, then Checkout. Follow the prompts through the checkout process.
6. Your access will be loaded to your MTB or MTB Plus Add-On Season Pass.
