Snow Guarantee

Backed by the most powerful snowmaking system in New Hampshire, we strive to provide the best snow possible.

If you are unsatisfied with the snow, come to a Guest Service desk within one hour of your first lift scan or before 11:00AM, whichever is earlier. We will issue you a credit voucher for the value of your day ticket. This credit can be used toward the purchase of another day ticket at any point during the winter season.

A Snow Guarantee can be requested on any day of the winter season and must be done in person, at Guest Services.

Snow Guarantees issued after March 20 will be valid through December 24 of the following winter season.

• Voucher credits assigned this season are based on the value paid for that day of skiing and can be applied to future transactions until expiration on April 30, 2026.
• You may need to pay the difference towards another ticket.
• If you do not use all of your credit in one transaction, the remaining balance will be available for another purchase until expiration on April 30, 2026.
• Voucher credits may be redeemed online or at a Guest Service desk. Please note that snow guarantee credits are not available for comp/unpaid tickets.

Terms & Conditions

Snow Guarantees are valid for guests who have purchased a day ticket, either online or at the resort.

A maximum of two (2) Snow Guarantees can be granted per season, per person.

For multi-day tickets, the current day will be invalidated and a voucher for another day during the current season will be added to your account. The remaining days of your multi-day ticket are unaffected.
