2020/21 Pass Holders

Refer to the scenario below that fits you, and follow the steps to activate or receive your pass.

ARE YOU: A Pass Holder with 2020/21 RFID Card

Use the preference form to indicate when you'd like to pick up at Loon

Already Received Your Pass in the Mail?

If you picked up your pass this summer or received it in the mail this fall, it will need to be reprinted. Follow the steps below to select a time for in-person pick up. We apologize for the inconvenience.

To Pick Up Your Pass at the Resort:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Upload your photo
  3. Read & sign your 2020/21 eWaiver
  4. By completing steps 1, 2, 3 you will have activated your pass. The system will not notify you that it has been activated.
  5. Schedule a time to pick up your pass
  6. Once you have your pass, head directly to the lift
     

ARE YOU: A Pass Holder with 2019/20 RFID Card

Hint: The 2019/20 RFID card is blue with the Loon logo.

Steps to Activate Your Pass:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Upload your photo to activate your pass
  3. Read & sign your 2020/21 eWaiver
  4. By completing steps 1, 2, 3 you will have activated your pass. The system will not notify you that it has been activated.
  5. Head directly to the lift
     

ARE YOU: A Pass Holder with No RFID Card – Or Replace Lost Card

Use the preference forms to indicate when you'd like to pick up at Loon

To Pick Up Your Pass at the Resort:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Upload your photo to activate your pass
  3. Read & sign your 2020/21 eWaiver
  4. By completing steps 1, 2, 3 you will have activated your pass. Note: The system will not notify you that it has been activated.
  5. Schedule a time to pick up your pass
  6. Once you have your pass, head directly to the lift
