150-Day Promise

If your 2020/21 season pass becomes eligible for a 150-Day Promise credit, here's how to use it:

What 2020/21 Passes Are Eligible for Credit?

LTD, MiD, MiD College, ONEPass, and Senior Midweek season passes are eligible for credit.
Please Note: Super Senior (age 80+) and Child (age 5 and under) passes do not qualify for credit.

Have you already purchased a 2021/22 New England or Loon pass?

The appropriate credit amount will be refunded to the credit card on file. Expect to see this on your credit card statement following the conclusion of the winter season – but before April 30.

Not yet purchased a 2021/22 New England or Loon pass?

Following the final day of winter operations, a voucher (with the appropriate credit amount) will be added to your account at shop.loonmtn.com. You can apply this voucher to the purchase of your season pass. This voucher code can be used to purchase a 2021/22 New England Pass or Loon Pass, while these passes are on sale. This voucher can be used prior to the April 30 spring sale deadline.

How To Get Your Voucher Code:

  1. Access the online store and log in to your account
  2. Click My Account (desktop) or Account (mobile) to see your Profile
  3. Choose Print Vouchers
    • Code will be shown on screen (you do not need to print, but can be, if you'd like to)
    • Voucher Code(s) will display for each pass eligible for a 150-Day Promise credit. The Voucher Code is listed under the ID column.
    • These Voucher Codes can be accessed from your account at any time.
  4. Purchase Your Pass
    • Select desired pass and add to your cart
    • Enter the Voucher Code (you supplied them) at the Enter Your Code field
    • Click Validate Code to use the Voucher Code. From here, follow the prompts to check out.
    • Since you already have an RFID-equipped Pass card, there is no need to get a new Pass card. It will be loaded with your new season pass access, once the pass is paid in full.
