Reservation Change Request

Life happens.

We understand your plans can change after you’ve purchased your lift tickets, lessons, or rentals.

Tickets and services are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, you can use our Reservation Change form to request a credit for an eVoucher that may be used towards another online purchase.

In order to qualify, you must submit your request form no later than 72 hours (3 days) prior to your arrival date.

Example: If your ticket or service is reserved for Saturday, a Reservation Change Request must be sent by Wednesday at 8:00AM.
