Golden Eagle Award
Loon is excited to announce that collectively, Boyne Resorts has been awarded the Golden Eagle Award for Environmental Excellence by the National Ski Area’s Association (NSAA).
The award recognizes our ForeverProject sustainability commitments to reach carbon neutrality by 2030. NSAA also praised Boyne Resorts for enrolling in the Climate Challenge, which provides tools to conduct emission reports and ultimately, aid resorts to act as responsible energy consumers. As we work towards meeting our sustainability goals, Loon will continue to collaborate and support NSAA.
This relationship will enable both parties to learn and innovate to make a positive impact on how the ski industry responds to climate change.
