Santa's Steam Train Express at Loon

Climb Aboard!
Climb on the J.E. Henry Railroad for an evening family event. Load Loon’s authentic steam-powered locomotive for a ride to the new Kancamagus 8 parking structure for a nighttime story told by a special guest. Of course, hot chocolate will be served. All proceeds benefit the Loon Mountain Area Community Fund.

$15 Per Person
Benefitting the Loon Mountain Area Community Fund.
Following the event, the train will deliver guests back to the Octagon Lodge train station. The train ride and storytelling will last approximately 90 minutes.
Arrival
5:30–6:00PM | Passengers check in at the J. E. Henry train station and board the train. Last train ride leaves the train station at 6:00PM.
Parking is located in the Main Lot. Guests arrive at the Octagon Lodge base area and check in at the J.E. Henry Train Station.
Dress Warm
The Kancamagus 8 parking structure is enclosed but is not heated. Seating will be inside on wool blankets. Guests are also welcome to bring blankets. Limited bench seating will be available as well.
