Cancellation Policy

Tickets and services are non-refundable and non-transferable. Guests can receive a credit if a cancellation request is made no later than 72 hours (3 days) in advance of their day of arrival.

To submit a cancellation request, guests must forward their confirmation email to info@loonmtn.com. Cancellation requests must be submitted no later than 8:00AM.

Example: If your ticket or service is reserved for Saturday, a cancellation request must be sent by Wednesday at 8:00AM. Credits will be issued as an eVoucher.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to, lift tickets, lessons, rental equipment, snowshoe, snow tubing, zipline, adventure center activities. Exclusions to this policy include, but are not limited to, season passes, ticket packs, Progression10 and Progression20 lessons, and seasonal programs.

eVouchers

eVouchers can be used for purchasing a variety of products both online and at the resort in any season, including day tickets, private lessons, rental equipment, zipline and more. Login to shop.loonmtn.com to see your Voucher code and use it to purchase online for a future visit.

Vouchers generated during the 2022 calendar year expire December 31, 2024.

Vouchers generated during the 2023 calendar year expire December 31, 2025.

Ticket Packs

Ticket pack products are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any remaining days expire at the end of the season and cannot be refunded, transferred or credited.

Progression10 and Progression20

Progression10 and Progression20 are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any remaining lesson days expire at the end of the season and cannot be refunded, transferred or credited.

Season Pass

Prior to completing the purchase, season pass holders agree to the Season Pass Terms and Conditions.

Reservation Change Request

We understand sometimes plans change. The Reservation Change Request allows you to receive credit for your purchase in the form of a credit voucher you can use toward the purchase of another product online. To be considered, your request must be submitted no less than 72 hours (3 days) prior to your arrival date.
