Loon Development Team (formerly Jr. Seasonals)

Loon Development Team is specifically designed for kids who are level 4-7 skiers and riders. Children are assigned to groups based on age and ability. They spend the season learning while having fun, with guidance from their coach.
The program focuses on teaching and experiencing the joys of learning and mastering all the conditions and challenges the mountain can offer.

Your children will make lifelong friends and memories as they explore the mountain and improve their skills. Kids will enjoy hot lunch in a private dining facility located adjacent to Wannigan’s Deli. DEV Team athletes meet in the DEV Building next to the Little Sister lift.

2012-13 Development Team Details & Benefits

All Dev Team athletes enjoy these great benefits:

• Up to 40 days of on-snow training (if all sessions are attended)
• Every weekend 12/15/12 – 3/24/13
• Holiday periods include: Christmas/New Year's Week (12/22 – 12/31/12), Martin Luther King Weekend (1/19 – 1/21/13), and Presidents' Week (2/16 – 2/24/13). 
• Program does not include 12/24 - 12/25/12
• Express lift access (Season pass/lift ticket necessary for participation; not included in rate)
• Gate training provided through Race City at no additional charge
• Foul weather activities are provided when necessary
• Lunch, snacks and supervised breaks  each day
• Limited availability

Check In / Pick Up Information

Groups hit the slopes at 9:00AM. and return for pick-up at 3:00PM. All participants should arrive at the DEV building next to the Little Sister lift appropriately dressed for a day of fun on the mountain and ready to ski.

A season pass or valid lift ticket is required to ski in a program group, and is not included in the program price. An appropriate signed Release of Liability, registration form, and payment must be submitted and placed on file prior to the first day of participation.

Development Team Refund Policy

No refunds, except in the case of illness or injury that precludes the individual from participating for the remainder of the season. The seasonal program purchaser must contact the Seasonal Programs manager.
