Ticket Fulfillment & Cancellation Policy
Ticket Fulfillment:Lift ticket reservations can be
redeemed at any lift ticket outlet at the resort.
Please bring your Order Confirmation Number (shown with your order summary, below) to any Loon Mountain ticket sales location to pick up your lift tickets.
Cancellation Policy:If you cancel up to 2 days prior to the date of your reservation, you will receive a refund. If you cancel 1 day prior to the date of your reservation, you will receive a Loon-only credit in that dollar amount, to be used during the current winter season. If you cancel the day of your reservation, you will be charged in full.
