The numbers alone tell the story about New England ski resorts. Loon Mountain offers you forty-four trails and five tree skiing areas. Sixteen percent are designed for experts, sixty four percent for intermediate and twenty percent for novice skiers. With 275 skiable acres and almost twenty miles of trail, there is something to challenge everyone at all levels!

On-mountain dining as it should be

Like other top ski resorts Loon offers many on-mountain dining spots, each with its own unique offerings and atmosphere, guaranteed to rejuvenate you, heart and soul. Just choose the one that's right for you!

The Summit Café features peak views and great food including authentic Mexican specialties and American classics. If you'd rather watch the action at the Superpipe, then Slopeside Deli is the place for you. It features fabulous sandwiches as well as gourmet pizzas.

Camp III was named for the third of eight logging camps located on Loon Mountain at the turn of the century. Its rustic cabin and hearty servings make it popular with all ages. The menu at the World Cafe features great specials for a great price, like fresh seafood, Jamaican Jerk Chicken, and more entrees from around the globe.

Loon Mountain's own coffee house, Java Junction, serves espresso, latte, café au lait, chai tea and even a good old piping hot cup of Joe. Your choice will go well with any of their delicious sandwiches or desserts. Many families meet at Governor Adams Lodge. This cafeteria offers something for everyone and daily specials that are hard to refuse.

For fine dining, it's hard to choose between the Seasons Restaurant and the Black Diamond Bar and Grille. Both offer fabulous food and wonderful service.

Join the in crowd at top day's end spots

Late afternoon is a favorite time for many guests at the Loon. Babe's Blue Ox is in the upper level of the Governor Adams Lodge and is renowned for relaxing atmosphere and great entertainment.

The Paul Bunyan Room is the original apres gathering spot here at Loon, and it's still the ONLY place for many who frequent it. The unique atmosphere, friendly staff, flowing beer, and rockin' apres entertainment make it the perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes, or gear up for a great night on the town.

Attention Kid's!!!…Take a night OFF from your parents. Come and join us for a variety of special adventures – snowshoeing, ice-skating, snow tubing, and fireside storytelling! We'll even give you dinner. Kid’s Nite Out - nightly through the vacation week from 5:30-9pm.
