About NASTAR

Developed in 1968, NASTAR is the acronym for the National Standard Race and is the largest public recreational grassroots ski race program in the world.

Its mission is to provide fun, competitive recreational ski racing. Skiers of all ages and abilities compete using a handicap system. Racers can compare themselves with other members as well as the U.S. Ski Team, regardless where they live and race.
