Lincoln, NH, June 28, 2010: New Hampshire’s Loon Mountain Resort will add to the area’s evening options with the new Summer Entertainment Series - a selection of live entertainment at Loon’s Octagon Lodge, taking place most Saturday nights from July 10 through August 14. This summers’ line-up includes live music and a night of comedy:

July 17 Pay the Piper
July 31 Comedy Night
August 7 Lisa Young and Company
August 14 The Grinning Lizards
All shows start at 7 p.m. and doors open at 6:30 p.m. There is no cover charge, and guests must be at least 21 years of age.

Loon is now open daily at 9:30 a.m. with scenic gondola skyrides, horseback riding, mountain bike rentals and tours, bungee trampoline, the area’s largest climbing wall, hiking and more. Loon’s newest activity, a zipline spanning the Pemi River, opens July 1. Loon’s Adventure Package offers a whole day of fun for just $39 for adults and $29 for juniors age 6-12: zipline; unlimited gondola skyrides, bungee trampoline and climbing wall; plus a two-hour bike rental. The junior package also includes a pony ride. This summer, the Adventure Center offers extended hours until 7:00 p.m. each day through September 6th.
