Take a Segway® Personal Transport (PT) Tour -
Experience the Loon Area in a Cool New Way
Loon offers area tours via Segway® PT. You will receive an orientation about how to ride a Segway PT (it's fun and easy to learn!). Then you'll glide with your guide on a tour of the local area, learning about area history, logging and mill town heritage, and how it transformed into today's popular year-round destination.
Tours are approximately 3 hours and are offered at 10:00AM and 1:30PM. Reservations are highly recommended. Reserve by stopping by the Gondola Barn, or call toll-free 1-800-229-LOON.
Price, Times & General Information:
Tour: $69
Times: 10:00AM and 1:30PM
- Participants must be at least 16 years old. Anyone under age 18 must have a Release of Liability signed by a parent or guardian.
- Participants must weigh at least 100 lbs. & not more than 250 lbs.
- Closed-toed shoes are required.
- Helmets are required, and are provided.
- No loose clothing or loose accessories.
Things to Take on Your Tour:
Your tour lasts approximately 3 hours. Here are some good things to have with you:
- Sunscreen
- Bug repellent
- Water
