Company Specializes in Vacation Property at and around Loon Mountain

LINCOLN, NH - The Loon Mountain Real Estate Co. recently launched a newly-designed website to offer buyers and sellers around Loon Mountain online access to information seven days a week at www.loonrealestate.com.

"The new website and newsletter provide consumers with convenient tools to find vacation property in and around Loon Mountain. The website's new layout features detailed information and pictures of available properties for sale and for rent, listings for local homeowner services, and financing information," said Donna Martel, principal broker at Loon Mountain Real Estate.

Some of the current featured properties located near  Loon Mountain include condominiums at Lincoln Station, Deer Park, Clearbrook, Beechwood, Village of Loon and the Mountain Club on Loon.  As a special bonus offered by the real estate office, the first 100 property sellers or buyers through March 31, 2007, will receive a complimentary Sunday - Friday lift ticket to ski or ride Loon Mountain during the 2006-07 or 2007-08 season.

Located right at the base of Loon Mountain, adjacent to the Loon Mountain Adventure Center,  Loon's Real Estate Office values the relationships they've built over almost 30 years.
